Az. Agr. Torre Bartoli is located in Puglia, in the warm Salento peninsula, where sun, wind and sea are the elements that give life to the olive trees and to the oil, which contains all the scents and aromas. Tradition, culture of the country and respect for the environment are some of the elements that have influenced the creation of our brand. Our production, steeped in the agricultural and cultural context of Salento, produces only extra virgin olive oil (Evo) from olive groves of the "Leccino" variety with ecological systems that respect the environment. In Italy, the Az. Agricola Torre Bartoli was founded with the philosophy of ecological sustainability and does not use pesticides.
